Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped by calling 303-283-0343. We usually ship in-stock items the same day if you place the order before 2 pm MST (not guaranteed). We ship weekend orders on Monday.

New Item Returns:
If you are unhappy with any new product we sell, we'll exchange it, replace it, issue you a store credit, or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. You must return the item in new (unused) condition in the original packaging. Items purchased as a package or kit must be returned in full. No partial returns are allowed. (Excludes used equipment. See Used Equipment Guarantee section below.)

You must abide by our return procedure in the Return Procedure section below. You must wait to get approval and instructions from us before attempting any return.

No shipping charges will be refunded. 

ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDED.

We strongly advise that our customers inspect and test any new product immediately upon receipt. If any product is found to be defective or damaged, please notify us immediately upon discovery. You will only be reimbursed for shipping if the item is defective or sent to you in error by Vectors Inc., and only after you have returned the item and it has been inspected.

We recommend using a shipping company such as UPS or FedEx that offers a tracking feature when making a return. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise advised. When shipping, please insure your return item(s) at full value. Vectors Inc. is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Used Equipment Guarantee:
Our skilled Trimble Certified Technicians and rigorous testing ensure all used equipment operates in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. In the unlikely event you have a problem with your purchase, all used Vectors Inc. equipment purchased on our website includes a 30-day guarantee.

If your unit is still under our 30-day guarantee and it requires repair, you will be offered a loaner unit at no charge (depending on availability). If your unit is no longer covered under the 30-day guarantee, alternate rentals may be available at a discounted rate. Shipping charges for a loaner or rental are an additional charge or may be charged to your shipping account.

Returns of any equipment sold in used condition will only be processed if we are notified within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order. You must abide by our return procedure in the Return Procedure section below. If your request is received outside of this time limit, items purchased are non-returnable.

Contact us via phone at 303-283-0343 or email sales@vectorsinc.com to notify us of the issue and receive instructions. Be prepared to supply a detailed account of the issue along with supporting pictures, if requested.

Please note: We reserve the right to have a technician attempt to troubleshoot via phone and/or email prior to making a return and having a replacement shipped. Some of our products are very technical in nature and many times the issues can be resolved with technical support.

Returns can only be made to the address provided with the return instructions you receive.
